SMS with the number of the painting they consider best and want to vote.
A jury will afterwards determine the prize winners among these ten selected
works. This jury will be composed by experts in art and will be duly publicised.
Winners
will be informed by phone or e-mail and the results of the jury will be
made public in the site talleronline.com.
The
selection process will take place from the 1st of June and until the 15th
of July 2006. Paintings will be accepted until the 31st of May 2006
The
10 selected paintings will be announced the 16th of July and the decision
of the jury about the prize winners the 30th of July 2006-03-22.
